W2 Customer Interviews

Summary:

We’ve taken some time to empathize with our customers, and are aware of their potential needs – both functional and emotional.  Now, we need to ‘get out of the building’ and see what our customers actually think and feel about their problems.  Is there actually a problem (in our customers’ eyes)?  Is it as bad as we think it is?  Are there other problems we don’t know we don’t know about?
